BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Appointment booking is completed by phone or online via MEDEO. Please call our office at 905-845-1544 to schedule an appointment or log into your MEDEO account to book online.

We require 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. If advanced notice is not provided, charges for missed appointment will apply, $50.00 for missed Doctor appointment and $25.00 for missed Nurse appointment.

We have noticed that patients are booking one appointment and then showing up with extra family members, hoping to have them squeezed in. This disrupts the flow of the day and puts the doctors behind schedule. Please respect our policy and prearrange ALL appointments BEFORE coming to the office so that we may try to accommodate your needs. This policy is for your benefit as well as the patients booked after you.

SAMe DAY Appointments

In addition to regularly scheduled appointments, each doctor has "Same Day Appointments" which open up for booking at 9:00 AM daily. These are meant for more urgent medical concerns and are given out on first come first serve basis daily.

AFTER HOURS CLINICS

We offer after hours evening clinic services for urgent medical concerns Mon - Thurs and Saturday mornings for patients of our practice only. Patients must register by calling the day of for an appointment. This is not a walk-in clinic.
